Returns & Refund Policy

At Abzino.store (operated by Abzino Ltd), we sell only brand new, sealed Apple products, including models like the iPhone 17 Pro Max. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, we'll make it right within our policy guidelines. Note: This policy covers returns for change-of-mind or errors. Apple's separate 1-year limited warranty handles manufacturing defects—see apple.com/legal/warranty for details.

  1. Return Window
    You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. (This aligns with Apple's standard policy for authorized resellers.)

  2. Eligibility for Return
    Items must be: 

    • Unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact. 

    • Not activated, customized, or damaged.
      Opened or activated items (e.g., iPhone powered on or SIM inserted) are not eligible for return due to hygiene, warranty, and resale concerns—except in cases of defects (see below).
      Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

  3. Return Process
    a. Contact us at sales@abzinoltd.co.uk. within 14 days, providing your order number, photos of the unopened item/packaging, and reason for return.
    b. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns).
    c. Ship the item back to us using the provided label. You are responsible for safe packaging to avoid damage during transit.
    We recommend insuring high-value returns like iPhones.

  4. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. 

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    • If free shipping was offered, the standard shipping fee may be deducted. 

    • Refunds will match the purchase price at the time of sale (no price adjustments for drops).
      Late fees or restocking charges do not apply for eligible returns.

  5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product: 

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. 

    • We'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
      For manufacturing defects after activation, contact Apple Support directly under their 1-year limited warranty (proof of purchase from Abzino.store required). We are not responsible for Apple's warranty service.

  6. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size/color/model, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. (Note: Apple products like iPhones are not size/color variants, but this covers accessories.)

  7. International Returns & Shipping
    Returns are accepted only from the country of purchase. International customers are responsible for customs duties on returns. We do not ship to or accept returns from restricted regions.
